How to make organic deviled eggs

Included with the recipe are the brand names of the organic products I used. I include them incase you do not live where organic products are available in your local grocery store so you can look them up online if you want to order them. Any brand can be used, these are my favorite organic brands for flavor and texture.

Organic spicy organic deviled eggs ingredients:

1 carton of free range organic eggs

Spectrum Organic Mayonnaise

Organic fresh baby dill (Private Selection brand)

Organic paprika (Archer Farms from Target)

Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

*Jalapeño Peppers pickled, about 12 depending on how hot you like things. Can leave them out of you do not prefer spicy foods.

Boil the eggs until cooked through and hard.

Split the organic eggs in half (length wise), place the egg white portion on a nice plate. Pop out the yolk carefully with a small spoon and place into bowl. Repeat for all the eggs.

Combine the organic egg yolks in a medium bowl with 1/4 cup organic mayo (you can add more if you like the centers really fluffy. I always start with less and then add more, since you cant take away extra mayo if you add too much initially.)

Mince the jalapeño peppers and add to the yolk mixture. Add fresh minced dill, salt and pepper to taste.

With the small spoon, scoop the yolk mixture into the hollowed out egg whites. Sprinkle with organic paprika and top with one caper per egg.

Enjoy!
